His “full-cycle” staffing experience includes defining the needs of candidates and clients, developing hiring strategies and tactical workforce plans, utilizing innovative sourcing and screening techniques, behavioral interviewing, reference checking, and negotiating candidate compensation packages.
Eddie has partnered on Finance and Accounting staffing needs across a wide variety of industries and companies spanning private equity-backed fast-growing organizations all the way up to the Fortune 500. He has placed candidates from entry-level staff up through senior leadership positions. In addition to core Finance and Accounting roles, Eddie has also been a part of staffing for shared services (e.g. A/R, A/P, Payroll, etc.) roles and assisting with searches outside of core finance and accounting.
In addition to his agency staffing experience, Eddie also has experience being an internal recruiter with a large, Fortune 500 retailer. In that role, he assisted with finance and accounting direct-hire searches for his business partners, which gives him a unique perspective on understanding hiring needs, both as an external and internal hiring partner. Prior to entering the staffing world, Eddie began his career in audit, obtaining his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Accountancy and gaining experience in both public accounting and industry roles.
His seven-plus years of direct accounting experience provides him a broad and distinct perspective on professional finance and accounting staffing, which has allowed him to obtain a better understanding of the hiring and recruiting needs of both his candidates and clients.
